At we are family owned and operated and have been since we opened our doors in 1997. We will always work with any customer should you have any issues with your order. We would love to hear from you to address any of your concerns.

Return Policy
Out return policy is fairly simple. We do offer returns, but we do charge a 15% restocking fee and charge shipping both ways unless we verify the return was caused by our error or misinformation from the site. We do our absolute best to make sure all of our pictures are accurate.
We do offer a 100% Guarantee in case a bolt or screw strips, corrodes, oxidizes or rusts. Simply contact us and we will replace the bolt free of charge. Additional shipping charges may apply for over seas items.
For other items outside of bolts we accept returns within 30 days on items that are in the same condition they were purchased and shipped to you in – all returns must be new, unused, and unopened. We do not accept returns on used items at all. This is to keep our costs low for all customers. Once an item is used or opened it then becomes a Warranty Issue for the manufacturer. We will be there every step of the way to assist you in any Warranty Issues; this is just part of customer service.
Any items returned without our authorization and an RA number will be rejected and returned to the sender. This is why we ask that you make an informed purchase and be sure of the item(s) you are purchasing. We will happily assist you in making the best decision for your Jeep, which is why we have employees here nearly around the clock.
