At we are family owned and operated and have been since we opened our doors in 2000. We will always work with any customer should you have any issues with your order. We would love to hear from you to address any of your concerns.

Return Regulations
There are absolutely no returns on bolts for any reason. We do offer a 100% Guarantee in case a bolt or screw strips, corrodes, oxidizes or rusts. Simply contact us and we will replace the bolt free of charge. Additional shipping charges may apply for over seas items. We had to implement this portion of our return policy because some people were purchasing our bolts to try to find cheap knock-offs and then would attempt to blame us for those bolts not installing properly. 
For other items outside of bolts we accept returns within 30 days on items that are in the same condition they were purchased and shipped to you in – all returns must be new, unused, and unopened. We do not accept returns on used items at all. This is to keep our costs low for all customers. Once an item is used or opened it then becomes a Warranty Issue for the manufacturer. We will be there every step of the way to assist you in any Warranty Issues; this is just part of customer service.
In the event you need to make a return we do charge a restocking fee of 10% on all orders, deduct shipping costs getting the item(s) to you, and require that the buyer pays the return shipping on any item they purchased. Any items returned without our authorization and an RA number will be rejected and returned to the sender. This is why we ask that you make an informed purchase and be sure of the item(s) you are purchasing. In order to make a return you must contact us first. Any returns made without authorization from will be rejected and returned to the sender. We will not issue refunds for any items that are lost during shipping if a valid tracking number shows it was delivered.
If an error is made and the wrong item is sent we reserve the right to choose the least costly alternative. In example if you are sent wrong thing, if it is less expensive to return the item rather than replace it well will choose that route; and it is cheaper to replace the item rather than return it we will choose that route. If you decide you do not want the item because of the mistake then this will be handled as a return by choice and that means you agree to be charged a 10% restocking fee and reimburse us for shipping, the same as a regular return. We do our best here to keep up with the market prices of every item that we carry to try to ensure you always get the best prices around!!!
