**Please Read First if you are wondering where your package is** - Since September 15th 2024, we have been seeing a good deal of shipments with significant delays due to all couriers cutting costs - sometime 2-6 weeks. PLEASE understand this has nothing to do with us as a shop. All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours. Most packages are showing "label created" without any movement at all and simply showing up. If your package got delayed, please contact us and we would be happy to reship again via a different courier. We are having the most luck with UPS and in the process of moving away from USPS altogether after almost 30 years. We are hoping these issues will be rectified after the Holiday Season. We very much want our customers to be happy and continue to shop with us.
We are a small specialty Jeep shop located in Colorado Springs, CO. We have very few employees (5). We are NOT a huge national chain. 30 years ago we saw a need for quality hardware and we filled that need. Our prices have barely increased, even with inflation. If you try to contact us, please allow 24-48 hours for a response due to the volume of customers we deal with Worldwide. We want to make sure your costs stay low for years, so we do not have a large customer service department and rarely make it to the phone on time due to us being out in the yard tearing apart Jeeps. If you do not leave a message or send a text we have no way of knowing you called.
