We build things different. Most of our new sets feature the safety of Caster Offroad Locking Full-Depth Laser Welded Flag Nuts. Laser welding offers next-level precision and consistency, which translates to more reliable installs, better clamping force, and less risk of weld failure over time for high-vibration, high-load areas such as control arms, track bars, and steering. Laser welding involves less heat, which means less chance at warping. Rather than simply bridging two pieces together like arc-welding, the deeper weld penetration fuses the metals directly at the seam where they meet. This creates stronger joints, more reliable bolt engagement, and cleaner welds with less spatter or contamination—helping prevent premature corrosion over time..
